The Service Project is a roadmap for schools ready to make service and student leadership part of the learning experience. We provide the framework, resources, curriculum, and guidance schools need to develop their own student-led Service Leadership course, one that moves beyond traditional volunteering and puts students at the center of meaningful, real-world work.

Through The Service Project, educators learn how to create a course where students identify needs, develop solutions, collaborate with community partners, lead projects, and see the impact of their work. The goal is not simply to give students opportunities to serve, but to create a sustainable school-based program that develops confident, compassionate leaders who know how to turn ideas into action.
